Terms & Conditions

Rescheduling Policy:

• Training rescheduled at least 5 days before the start date of training will not incur any charges. Must email support@aceagile.net  to reschedule class before 5 days of class to avoid rescheduling fee.
• To reschedule the class 3 or less days before the start of the training will incur $250 rescheduling fee. Must email support@aceagile.net  to reschedule class.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation made 10 days or more in advance of the training date will receive 100% refund*. Must email support@aceagile.net  at least 10 days before the start date to receive the refund​
• Cancellation made 5 days or more in advance of training date will receive 50% refund*. Must email support@aceagile.net at least 5 days before the start date to receive the refund​

*credit card payment processing charges cannot be refunded.

No Shows:

• Refunds are not provided for no shows. Training can be rescheduled to another date by paying $250 rescheduling fee.
